Unsold tickets can be purchased at the Toblach/Dobbiaco bus and train station. In this case, other price categories apply. However, to be sure of getting a seat on the shuttle bus, it is advisable to book online.

Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to three (3) free days before the actual use by calling +39 0474 055209 (Mon-Fri between 08:00-12:30 and 14:00-17:00) or by sending an e-mail to businfo444@gmail.com. The corresponding amounts will then be refunded.

After expiry of the aforementioned 3-day period, a refund is expressly excluded in any case.

Rebooking is one time possible until 17:00 (5 pm) the day before traveling. After that, each case will be reviewed separately. Please send to businfo444@gmail.com the rebooking with the reservation or ticket number and the new date and time. We kindly ask you to check this website beforehand to see which buses still have free seats. Rebooking on fully booked buses is not possible.

Yes. Holders of the Südtirol Alto Adige Pass  (Südtirol Pass, Euregio Family Pass, Südtirol Pass abo+, Euregio Ticket Students*, Südtirol Pass 65+, Südtirol Pass business, Südtirol Pass free) must book tickets online at www.tre-cime.bz/ticket [cw1] . The prices of südtirolmobil apply. They will be debited when you validate your ticket on boarding and exiting the bus. All fares per day are capped at 15 euro. For holders of the Südtirol Pass abo+, Euregio Ticket Students, Südtirol Pass 65+, Südtirol Pass free use of the shuttle bus is free of charge.

*Euregio Ticket Students issued by Verkehrsverbund Tirol (VVT), cannot be used via the online portal. Reservations must be made by e-mail to businfo444@gmail.com. On the bus, the Euregio Ticket Students (VVT layout) must be shown upon request.

If you miss your booked shuttle bus, please send an email to businfo444@gmail.com. To change your ticket, please enter your first and last name, your ticket number and the new time.

No, the seat selection is free.

The return journey is possible at any time. It is enough to show the paid ticket.

At the bus and train station, our staff are on site in Dobbiaco/Toblach, you can ask them when the next bus is coming. At all other stops you can contact +39 0474552400 directly.

You can check on the südtirolmobil App and Website if the bus is delayed. 

Yes, children need their own reservation. Children up to 5.99 years travel for free, from 6 to 13.99 years children accompanied by an adult travel for free. Children from 6 to 13.99 years who are not accompanied by an adult must pay the Child fare for the service. From the age of 14 the adult price applies.

In most buses, people in wheelchairs and small children in prams can be transported in the space reserved for them. On board the buses, both wheelchairs and prams must be parked in the space provided and secured during the journey. For safety reasons, if this space is already occupied, no other passenger with a wheelchair or stroller may board. 

We ask that passengers in wheelchairs send an email to businfo444@gmail.com after booking or call +39 0474 055209 (Mon-Fri 8:00-12:30 and 14:00-17:00), so that a low-entry bus is used for this booked trip. For the return trip you can ask the bus driver when low-entry buses will be used.

There is no price reduction for passengers with wheelchairs or their companions, the same regulations apply as for the bus lines of südtirolmobil - altoadigemobilità. Only visually impaired people are allowed to ride for free. Passengers with the Südtirol Alto Adige Pass free can use the Shuttle 444 free of charge, a reservation is required for this.

Yes, animals can be taken along. You also need a reservation for your four-legged friend. Dogs must wear a muzzle.

Bicycles are not transported on the shuttle bus due to lack of space.

From 01  June to 15 October 2023, a shuttle bus runs from Toblach/Dobbiaco to the Auronzohütte hut as an alternative to the toll road. Note: during the whole period the shuttle bus must be booked and paid online in advance. Unsold tickets can be purchased at the Toblach/Dobbiaco bus an train station. In this case, other price categories apply.

No trasfer with the Shuttle Bus 444 between the bus stops Misurina/Rif. Genzianella and Lago d’Antorno to Rif. Auronzo/Tre Cime – Auronzohütte/Drei Zinnen allowed. No transfer between Rif. Auronzo/Tre Cime – Auronzohütte/Drei Zinnen to Lago d’ Antorno and Misurina/Rif. Genzianella allowed.

From Toblach/Dobbiaco you reach the Three Peaks via the SS51, turn off at Schluderbach/Carbonin onto the SS48 and reach the Auronzohütte hut via the toll road. As soon as the car park is full, the road may be closed to cars.

We recommend traveling to Dobbiaco with the Pustertal/Val Pusteria railway line, due to the high volume of traffic in the Pustertal/Val Pusteria.

Free car parking is available near the bus and train stations.
